Tacom Limited Announces Sale of Web Sites to All Niche Stores, LP
On June 30, 2010, Tacom Limited, located in Columbus, Ohio, closed the sale of part of its retail web site properties to All Niche Stores, LP, an Austin, Texas based internet retailer. Many of you will remember that All Niche Stores owned and operated these web sites previously, so the transaction should be smooth and orderly. The web sites sold include CedarwoodFurniture.com, OutdoorFurniturePlus.com, NorthCedar.com, CedarwoodDogHouses.com, and Outdoor-Cathouses.com.
As of July 1, 2010, all orders, invoicing, purchase orders, consumer inquiries related to the specific retail web properties sold to All Niche Stores, and referenced above, shall be directed to All Niche Stores. The contact information is as follows:
All previous and new invoices, purchase orders, customer issues, etc. through business June 30, 2010 will be handled as per usual through Tacom.
As always, you may contact Tacom the same way as before. Your exclusive Tacom contact going for will be Becky Ramage. Beth Wallace will be moving to new offices and different responsibilities in a new venture. Tacom will be assisting All Niche Stores in the coming weeks with the orderly transfer and wind down of all existing and pending customer and vendor issues.
Tacom remains very active in the internet marketplace. The sale will enable Tacom to focus on major new initiatives. Tacom is in a new joint venture with a large, Ohio based importer and retailer of a variety of consumer and commercial products. Details surrounding this new internet retail launch will be announced in July, 2010 with no non-compete restrictions.
